Romans Road
No matter where you are or where you go in your life, there is no more important set of directions than those that lead to Jesus Christ. Before we find our way to Jesus, we are all lost and wandering through life. However, when we find our way to Jesus, He will give us a new set of directions for our lives, which will guide us through the difficulties and circumstances we face and ultimately take us to our final destination: Heaven and eternal life in the presence of God.
The "Romans Road" is a group of Bible verses that help you gain a better understanding of salvation. If you are searching for direction in your life, we invite you to follow these directions down the "Romans Road" to a new life through salvation in Jesus Christ:
"I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish." Luke 13:3,5
"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23
"Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned." Romans 5:12
"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8
"For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Roman 6:23
"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:13
"Behold I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me." Revelation 3:20
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10: 9,10
If you would like to follow these directions and accept the gift of salvation and eternal life in Heaven, you can do so at any time, in any place. Simply pray to God; He is always there to listen.
1.First, acknowledge that you have sinned and need to repent of your sins and ask God for forgiveness
2.Second, believe that Jesus died to pay the price for your sins and that He has the power to remove those sins from you.
3.Third, confess that you accept Jesus as the Lord of your life, to live for Him and obey Him and trust Him.
